Day 5 12062011 - Final

Today is our last day in Beijing, Tianjin China. So fast, time passed away. We check-out at 7am and headed to our old restaurant to have our last breakfast in China. We did a final shopping at the front of the restaurants. Some bags grabbed away with some cookies.

Then we headed to the Beijing railway station. It is the busiest station in Beijing. Mr Steven bought the tickets, and we will depart at 930am. We have to wait for about half an hour. Our MPV will wait us at Tianjin. There are six seats allocated for all of us including our guide. We have to squeeze little bit. The speed of this bullet train is around 350km/h. We arrived at Tianjin at 10am.

Some pictures were snapped before we left the train station. We have to walked out about 1km plus in order to catch a cheap taxis for us. We just follow our tour guide. Two taxis used to send us to Cultural Street. We enjoy last shopping at this place. This place looks like a small Petaling Street. Only 1 hour given for us to spend at this street. Last minute beg bought in injury time.

Then we headed to Food Street by MPV. Only pictures were taken at this area. Most of the food are not halal. Outside of this place, we enjoy our last lunch at the muslim restaurant.

Then we headed to the last mosque in Tianjin for our jamak prayer. Half an hour at the mosque. At 115pm, we hurry up to Tianjin airport. Arrived at the airport at 150pm. We've two more hours before departure. During the check in time, we were told to send our baby strollers together with the luggage. Damn tired holding my two infants. The good thing is that they are not weight our luggage.

We were delayed for half an hour because of the air traffic. Bye bye Tianjin and China. Our flight is D72613 @ 3.50pm. We were also met the same face boarding the same flight last Wednesday. Most of other Malaysian tourists we met there is Kelantanese hehehe....same as we are.

We were enjoy this flight because there are more vacant seats available for us. Afiq able to sleep like a mini busness class hehehe I managed to put Nasuha freely with 3 seats.

We did arrive at the LCCT airport at 1030pm. End of our trip. Our taxis already waiting outside ie En Amran and En Idrus. Arrived at my house at midnite. Sleeeeeeep

 Shopping anyone?

Day4 is actually our shopping day. Already finished conquering the Great Wall, Forbidden City and Tianemen Square.

As usual having breakfast at the same restaurant. Then headed to the Summer Palace. I thought this is the shopping street hehehe. This is the historical place too. The lake is all around this Palace. We walked to the small island via a bridge. And it was a hot day today, feeling so tired. Some pictures were snapped. And it's over.

Then headed to Fresh Water Pearl Centre and Jewellery Shop.

After having lunch, we went to Madian mosque and then to Cookroom Appliance Shop. I thought we were headed to the Xiushui Street. Argghhh. We felt so boring listenning to the sales people promoting their history and their products. Shavers were taken. No knife bought.

Then finally, we arrived a the Xiushui Street, where every Malaysian will love this place. It was a 4 or 5 storey building, with lots of shoes, begs, shirts, table cloths, pashmina, jeans etc. This is a place where we should spend all our money hehehe but unfortunately, we were not. We were given only 2 hours. Then headed for our dinner

Lastly, we stopped for a short period at the Hard Rock Cafe Outlet. Only 15mins allocate time. Some tshirts grabbed. Then headed to our hotel.

Day 3 10062011

Day 3. Started bit early 7am. Headed for breakfast, same restaurant n same menu.

 

Today we will go to the most historical and magical place ie China Great Wall. What an experience for us hehehe.....before going there, we headed to Jade Centre & Crystal, and also to Medical Cream Centre. We bought some jade products and also some medical items for our family. It was quite tired listening for a briefing at any place we visit. We were visiting with infants and kids, so they all hated this kind of things.

Then, we went for lunch at the new muslim restaurant, few km away from Great Wall. This place does have a surau for us to pray zohor and asar. We enjoyed our lunch with ikan steam. The fish eye is dedicated for my wife. She like it very much.

Then Naadiah berak. We need to change the diaper again. We were given the time to rest until 1240pm.

Then we moved to the Great Wall. We were adviced by our guide to put the safety no1. He keep asking us how many towers we are able to climb hehehe 2, 3, 4 etc.....we said, wait n see huhuhu........arrived at the parking, refill our drinks n etc. We could not bring the baby stroller with us, arrghhh tired.

We started climbing. My eldest daughter, Nabihah and me climbing together with Afiq and Faiq up to the fouth tower. My brother, Bndi only managed up to third tower. The rest waiting at the 1st tower. Really enjoyed. I bought a medal for Nabihah conquering this Great Wall. After one hour and a half, we headed to the city center again.

We were taken to the Free Foot Massage at Chinese Medicine Centre. Foot massage is free but the medicine is not free, and it is so expensive. The sifu check our hand and said my brother's liver and kidney is no good, no some cure. Me, looks healthy hehe the MTB man is healthy huhuhu. The medicine is around RMB1200 for one month.

Then having dinner and back to our hotel.
